Texas State Technical College disburses all financial aid credit balances, including Direct Loans and scholarships through Bank Mobile. First time students will receive the Refund Selection Kit in the mail after registration. The mission of Student Accounting is to accurately and promptly record and collect receivables due to TSTC.
