Mickey is an FAA licensed drone pilot. He is also a licensed A&P mechanic with over 30 years’ experience in the field. A graduate of North Central Institute with an AAS in Aviation Technology, he has been with TSTC since 2014. He spent four years as Chief of Aviation Maintenance for the Specialized Aviation Training-Longsword Flight School program. His responsibilities included overseeing maintenance for the Air Tractor AT-802L, AT-504, and Cessna L-19 Bird Dog. Currently, Mickey is an instructor for TSTC Workforce Training; specializing in aviation, mechanical, safety, and industrial maintenance technology.

Steven is an FAA licensed Commercial single and multi-engine pilot with instrument rating. He is a certified flight instructor and airframe and power plant mechanic. He has over 23 years’ experience in aviation. A graduate of San Jose State University with a BS in Aviation Operations, he has been with TSTC since 2012. He spent almost three years as an Aviation Maintenance Technology Instructor and then transitioned to the Specialized Aviation Training – Longsword Flight School program. There he split time between flight instructing and aircraft maintenance on Air Tractor/L-3 AT-802L Longsword, Air Tractor AT-504, and Cessna L-19 Bird Dog. Currently, Steven is an instructor for TSTC Workforce Training, specializing in aviation, mechanical, and industrial maintenance technology.
