Are you all about making a difference in people's lives? Are you conscientious, orderly, emotionally able to handle the high-stress demands of the operating room environment? Surgical Technology might be a good fit for you. Working together with surgeons, nurses and other personnel, a Surgical Technologist must respond quickly, have a full understanding of the procedures and be able to anticipate the needs of the surgeons.
Requirements to enter Surgical Technology differ from those of other programs; be sure to read the program requirements before enrolling.
