TSTC Professional Drone Pilot Training is designed for individuals wishing to become FAA licensed commercial drone pilots and also those seeking more specialized training such as drone video/photography or search and rescue training. All classroom instruction and hands-on training is taught by one of our licensed flight instructors.

FAA PART 107 TEST PREP

Do you use your drone for business or commercial use?  If the answer is yes, you are flying under FAA Part 107 rules.  Part 107 is the set of guidelines for flying Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) (less than 55 lbs.) in the United States.  To become an FAA certified drone pilot, you will need to study for and take the 2-hour, 60-question FAA written test.  Our three-day course will prepare you to acquire your FAA commercial drone pilot license.  In addition to two days of instruction, the final day of class is dedicated to hands on flight training.  You will have the opportunity to fly the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and a DJI Inspire 2.
