Course Cancellations
TSTC reserves the right to cancel any course that lacks sufficient enrollment. Every effort will be made by telephone to promptly notify all registered students of any course cancellation. To avoid cancellations, students are encouraged to register at least one week prior to the beginning of class. All courses listed will be taught provided there is sufficient enrollment in each section to justify the course opening. Students are encouraged to call to confirm their class prior to coming to the first class meeting. Class dates and times are subject to change or may be rescheduled based on enrollment.

Course Refunds
Course refunds are based on the date the official Course Schedule Change/Drop form is received by the TSTC Admissions Office. A 100% refund will be made if the request is received before the first class meeting (except Motorcycle class). For weekend classes, the request must be received before 5 p.m. on Friday. Students who do not withdraw and do not attend, are still responsible for payment. Tuition will be refunded 100% for any class cancelled by the college. Cash refunds are not permitted, therefore, a refund check will be mailed from our Business Office within three to four weeks after class cancellations.

 Grading
The final grade for Continuing Education students is either an (S) = Satisfactory Completion or (U)= Unsatisfactory Completion.
