Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is committed to creating a safe, supportive learning and working environment for all members of the campus community. Campus safety is our top priority, and we take all reports of misconduct seriously to protect everyone’s health and well-being.
TSTC depends on community members to identify and report behaviors of concern so that the we can provide distressed students with appropriate support services and resources. We are all responsible for campus safety. If you see something, say and do something about it—report any concerning behavior or suspicious activity using the forms below as appropriate.
If this is an emergency that involves an imminent risk of harm to self or others, please contact campus/local police, campus security or by dialing 911 prior to filling out the referral form. Referrals are reviewed during normal business hours and are not monitored after hours, on weekends, or during official college holidays. While referrals from this site are reviewed by a variety of campus partners working to assist students, it is NOT designed for emergency response situations.
Faculty should use this form to report incidents of academic integrity to the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities to ensure that students who repeat an act of academic dishonesty are subject to progressive discipline. Basic needs are the most essential resources required to achieve academic goals at TSTC. Those include, but are not limited to: food, housing, transportation, child care and textbook assistance.

Use this form to report behavior that is perceived as concerning, disruptive, problematic or threatening. These concerns are forwarded to the TSTC C.A.R.E. Team which will assess, consult and respond to the concern or incident.

Sexual Misconduct and Gender-Based Discrimination Report
(Title IX & Violence Against Women Act)
Use this form to report alleged violations of TSTC's Prohibiting Sexual Misconduct and Gender -Based Discrimination Policy (HR 2.4.15), including, but not limited to: dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking etc., should be reported here.
